8-Yrs-Old Boy Suffers From Aplastic Anemia, Needs N140 Millions Bone Marrow Transplant

Samad Obembe is an 8yrs old who was diagnosed 15months ago Aplastic anemia after a bone marrow aspiration and biopsy.

On the account of his illness has suffered many seizures, attacks and has left the entire family looking for several ways to help.

His parents are asking well meaning Nigerians for support and financial aid to keep their son alive. On a weekly basis they spend about N80,000.00 to help ease his pain.

The only solution recommended is for Samad to have a Bone Marrow Transplant.

The Oncological treatment before the BMT alone has been estimated to approximately $80,000.00(N40,000,000.00)aside the cost of transplantation pf about $200,000.00(N100,000,000.00) by the Sheba Medical Center in Israel.
