Tears Flow As Teenage Girl’s Body Is Recovered From Well In Kwara
The body of a girl, Aminat Abdulkadir, has been recovered from a well by Kwara Fire Service on Wednesday.
The incident happened at Aduagba-OkeAdini Alagbado under llorin East Local Government.
Responding to a distress call, fire personnel rushed to the area and pulled out 17-year-old Aminat.
People around wept on sighting the corpse of the teenager, a secondary school student.
The emergency team and policemen handed over her remains to the parents at the scene.
A resident, Ajo Habeeb told NAN that the parents had searched for their daughter for three days before the discovery.
Fire Service Director, Falade Olumuyiwa, described the incident as unfortunate.
