Ogunbiyi Congratulates Engr Makinde, Says Gov Of The Year Award Well-deserved

Dr Akin Ogunbiyi said on Thursday that he is delighted at the Leadership Excellence Award conferred on Oyo State Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde.

This was contained in a congratulatory message signed and forwarded to pressmen in Osogbo, Osun State by the insurance magnet saying that the award is well-deserved and indeed a reward of commendable service delivery.

The rapid infrastructural development, improvement in Health, Social care, education delivery among other transformational strives in Oyo State, according to him, are pointers to the governor’s commitment to the general well being of the people of the state.

He added, “everyone knows that Governor Seyi Makinde is a performing leader and people’s governor. So, I am not surprised by his recent emergence as 2021 Governor of the Year in Security/Youth Empowerment.”

“On behalf of my family and every lover of good governance, ,I heartily congratulate the governor on the well-deserved honour by no less a credible and formidable organisation endorsed by the African Union and African Film Institute.”

Ogunbiyi expressed believes that the recognition bestowed on the South West leader of the People’s Democratic Party is befitting for the security conscious and people oriented administration of gov Makinde.
