Cleric Says Prayer Antidote To Insecurity

The Supreme Archbishop Emmanuel Ojo Powerson, said prayers is needed to arrest crime as well as insecurity ravaging the nation.

The distinguish Minister of God made this call on Sunday during the confirmation service of Rev Sola Olubadejo as Bishop elect at the headquarters of the Holy Ghost Power Assembly Worldwide, Mathew Ajala Street, back of GTB, Ogo-Oluwa in Osogbo the Osun State capital.

The Supreme Archbishop who lauded the governments at all level for doing their best noted the need for every citizens of Nigeria to pray fervently and seek for God intervention as the only solution to the Country’s predicaments.

The Supreme Archbishop Powerson, who was represented at the confirmation service by the National Chairman, GCBA Osun State Governor, Bishop Moses Oluwole David, Bishop elect Mark Babayomi, and member, Bishop elect Sunday Olaniyan said Christians have been praying for the country in all ramifications, adding that “we should not relent”.

The amiable man of God who sends warm felicitations to the Bishop elect Sola Olubadejo, joining the entire body of Christ to celebrate with him on the new elevation.

The Supreme Archbishop Powerson, who also congratulated all the families of the Holy Ghost Power Assembly Worldwide on the promotion of their Spiritual father also commended their unflinching and unalloyed supports to the man of God, saying if not for the demonstration of their complete supports ” we wouldn’t have witnessed today’s confirmation service “.
