Bamidele Salam Empowers Fashion Designers With Industrial Machines, Business Support Grants In Osun
Representative Bamidele Salam ushered many of his constituents into the last month of the year with loads of business support grants for medium and micro business entrepreneurs as well as several industrial sewing machines for selected fashion designers.
The beneficiaries are carefully drawn from the four local governments of Ede North, Ede South, Egbedore and Ejigbo and are those with visible zeal to succeed in their chosen trade as major criteria.
The Empowerment Programme held on Wednesday in Ede
Salam while addressing the beneficiaries through one of his senior Aides, Hon Hassan Oyelola, urged the beneficiaries of the business support grants to redouble their efforts in turning the federal constituency to a hub of sustainable business owners.
He called on the fashion stylists who took home brand new industrial and standard sewing machines to invent unbeatable creativities into their increasingly competitive trade. This according to him would justify objectives behind the gesture, thereby bringing him fulfilment as facilitator.
Notable amongst the beneficiaries are waves making The Merciful God Fashion Designer Ede, Holar Couture(Ejigbo) based in Osogbo, Mabella Styles, Letoya House of Fashion, Amaechi Chukwu Fashion designer Ido-Osun and several other upcoming stylists in the Federal Constituency.
Representatives of the coordinating Agency for the project(Nigerian Stored Product Research Institute, Ilorin), community and party leaders took turns at the event to eulogize Representative Bamidele Salam for wonderful strides he has recorded within the short time he assumed office as Representative of the people of the Federal Constituency. They enjoined the beneficiaries to make good use of the kind gestures of the Lawmaker.
Party Chairmen in the four local governments of the federal constituency, foremost leaders of the party in the federal constituency, Alhaji Kazeem Akinleye, Prince Lere Laoye, Alhaji Akin Ajetunmobi, Alhaji Tajudeen Adisa, Hon Debo Aderinola, Legislative Aides of Representative Bamidele Salam, community leaders and other important personalities were in Ede to witness the business oiling event.
