Breaking: President Buhari Receives Updates From PTF On COVID-19
The Presidential Task Force has briefed President Muhammadu Buhari on the national response to COVID-19.
President Muhammadu Buhari was on Sunday updated on the developments surrounding the national response to the COVID-19 pandemic by the Presidential Task Force (PTF), The Nation reports.
The Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) and Chairman of the PTF, Mr Boss Mustapha, had last Thursday informed that the Task Force would be briefing the President on how the national response had progressed in the last two weeks.
Mustapha led the team comprising Minister of Interior, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, Minister of Health Dr Osagie Ehinare, Director General of Nigerian Center for Disease Control (NCDC), Dr Chikwe Ihekweazu, and National Coordinator of the PTF on COVID-19 Dr Aliyu Sani, to the President.
