Pray For God Chosen Leaders Who Will Turn Nigeria Around-Clerics

Renowned Ministers of God in the country recently prayed that God should raise leaders that would positively turn Nigeria around and restore her old glory when citizens lived in abundance ,peace and Concord without threat of insecurity as well as youth unemployment.

They also appealed to the citizens of the country to pray for new hearts which would make them to be absolutely obedient to God’s injunctions without any compromise of their faith stressing that this was the only panacea for a better Nigeria.

This was the main thrust of a one week programme to mark the 2020 convention of the Salvation Proclaimers Anointed Church, Sango Ibadan the Oyo state capital where Prophet Samuel Ajayi Adegboyega was the General Overseer and the Chief host.

Present at the grand finale of the convention which took place at the University of Ibadan Conference Centre are Reverend Bode Jegede, the General Overseer of Jesus Jewel Ibadan,Pastor M.B.Babalola of Women Ministry Osogbo,Professor Niyi Amusa ,a University Vice Chancellor,Engineer W.Metibaye,Justice Yemi Ajayi,Professor Simeon Jekayin Pastors Awoyokun,Kunle Olulola,Bola Agunbiade,,Rev.Israel Olaseinde,Pastor(Mrs).C.A.Adegboyega,Senior Deacon Z.A.Oyeniran ,Pastor Elvis Ekogwe of Gospel Faith Mission International (GOFAMINT )and Elder Olusakin Babalola among others

In his brief admonition,Rev.Jegede said that he was of the conviction that God was looking for leaders with new hearts who would turn the country around positively and restore her glory.

Jegede who was a lecturer at The Polytechnic Ibadan many decades ago called on believers to be fervent in their prayers adding that our leaders should strive to be like Daniel,Enoch and Noah who God was proud of because of their dedication and loyalty to him and exemplary leadership to their followers.

He assured the congregation that God would restore all their losses in all ways emphasising that with God nothing shall be impossible for faithful believers.

Prophet Adegboyega who was the Chief Host prophesied that whatever challenges brought to that convention would be addressed by the power of God if victims would believe in the power of God and build their faith in God Almighty.

“I have tasted and benefitted maximally from the power of God. But you must not have faith in inferior gods like Sango,occultic power and the like.I was approached many decades ago precisely in 1974 while in the defunct Sketch Press Limited,to join a secret cult and my refusal led to losing my job as an administrative Manager.

” Because of my faith in God and my covenant not to betray him,I later effortllessly got a better paid job with a better prospect.Anybody who compromised his faith cannot get the promise of God fulfilled in his life.With strong faith in God people like Zacheous, Daniel and others became heroes today All desires of your hearts would be met this year. Just keep away from sins and pray doggedly.Jesus Christ only is the way,rely on him ” he admonished.

Adegboyega made a prophetic declaration for the nation and pray for our leaders adding that the existing peace in the country would be improved upon by the mercy of God and assured that most of those who attended this 2020 SPAC convention would have resounding testimonies.
