How I Was Raped Repeatedly By My Abductors, 18-year-Old Kidnap Victim Recounts Ordeal
An 18-year-old SS3 student from Kankara Local Government area of katsina State, Halima Abdullahi, has narrated her odeal in the hands of kidnappers when they took her and kept her in their possesion for more than a week before releasing her later after paying a huge amount of money.
Halima was abducted on Wednesday 15th January, 2020 around 8:00pm.
She said that she was walking by the roadside when unknown persons whisked her away and put her inside a car.
After she was forced into the car they tied her face and sprayed something like a powder on the face which makes her unconcious immediately. When she woke up she found herself in a new location sorrounded by unknown people.
They asked her to call her dad and tell him to pay a sum of 1.5 million Naira or they will kill her if he refused to do so.
After calling him he promised to bring the money for them and pleaded with them not to harm his daughter.
It took her family three days before they can gather the money to pay for the ransom and it was during this time their leader forcefully had sex with her despite pleading with him not to disvirging her but he priceeded with his evil act.
Halima was released on 22nd January, 2020 one week after and was taken to General Hospital kankara for treatment and other tests.
Police in the area said that they are trying their best to see that they put an end to the security challenges facing the area and promised to track the culprit and bring them to book.
