Press Week: Osun NUJ Holds ‘Health Walk’ Tomorrow

The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Osun State Council will tomorrow, Wednesday 25th hold health walk as part of the activities marking this year’s Press Week.

The walk according to a statement signed by the Chairperson, Health Walk Committee, Funmi Adekoya and Secretary, Olawumi Olaniyi, will kick off at the NUJ Press Centre , Iwo road , Osogbo by 6am.

Journalists as well as their wishers will walk through Oke-Fia, Alekuwodo to Olaiya, and Olaiya to the popular freedom park, where physical fitness excercise would take place and back to the Press Centre.

Special guests of honour according to the statement are the Board Chairman, Osun Health Insurance Scheme, Hon. Adeoye Adelakun and Executive Secretary, Dr. Niyi Oginni.

Others expected are; Osun State House of Assembly Chief Whip, Hon. Tunde Olatunji and Hon. Usamotu Adebayo

Special Adviser to the Governor on Youths, Sports and Special Needs and
Comrade Kehinde Ayantunji
SSA to the Governor on Students Mobilization.

The statement enjoined all NUJ members to be on ground latest by 6am.
