Fire Guts Residential Building In Offa

A residential building in Offa, Kwara state, has been gutted by fire.
CityMirrorNews gathered that the timely arrival of the State Fire Service prevented the building from being razed down completely.
Eye witness account said the Fire Service men did an excellent job to have been able to put off the fire within a record time.
The fire was suspected to have been caused by an electric spark.
Head, Media and Publicity of the state Fire Service, Hassan Hakeem Adekunle, has therefore urged the people of the state to always play safe and exercise utmost caution while dealing with electricity.
