Confusion, As Student Commits Suicide After Failing JAMB
A girl identified as Zainab has reportedly taken her own life after she failed the 2020 Unified Tertiary Modified Examination (UTME).
Going by the message posted on Whatsapp story by her best friend while mourning her, this is not the first time of Zainab writing the exam.
According to the friend, Zainab was on her way to the hospital to see her pregnant aunt who was in labour, she decided to check her JAMB score, only for her to discover that she failed the exams again. Zainab reportedly bought sniper, went to the Mosque for prayers and took the poisonous substance.
