CoS: Council Of Ulama Lauds Buhari’s Choice Of Gambari

The Council of Ulama (Islamic scholars) in Ilorin Emirate, Kwara state, has expressed gratitude to President Muhammad Buhari for appointing Prof Ibrahim Gambari as his chief of staff.
The council thanked President Buhari for putting a square peg in a square hole, describing Gambari’s appointment as well deserved.
In a statement signed by its chairman and the chief Imam of Ilorin, Sheikh Muhammad Bashir Salihu, the council expressed confidence in the ability of Gambari to justify the confidence reposed in him by President Buhari.
The council of Ulama felicitated with Kwara state governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and the Emir of Ilorin, Alh Ibrahim Sulu- Gambari over Prof Gambari’s appointment.
It prayed Allah to grant both President Buhari and the new chief of staff a successful reign.
