Elder statesman, Chief Adebisi Akande has been described as an enigma and an institution for intellectuals as well as politicians who wish to get qualitative education on practical pragmatic leadership, progressivism in Nigeria.

Olajide Sadiq, The Director General of a socio-Political organization in the All Progressives Congress APC states in a statement to congratulate the former governor of Osun on his 81st Birthday said that the celebrator is a pathfinder worthy of emulation in all ramifications.

He recalled the sterling attributes of purposeful leadership, commitment to excellence and service delivery with which the ‘Birthday boy’ piloted the affairs and the dynamism he has brought to make the APC a force to reckon with in today’s politics.
