Oyetola’s Wife Praises Mrs Buhari On Humanitarian Gesture, As Nigerian First Lady Palliatives Move To Osun West

Wife of Osun State Governror, Mrs Kafayat Oyetola has described Nigeria First Lady, Aisha Buhari’s kind gesture to impact on itthe citizen of the state as very significant at this trying time occasion by deadly Coronavirus.

Mrs Oyetola stated this in Ikire –Ile in Ola-Oluwa local Government area of Osun during the continuation of the distribution of palliative items of the Wife of the President to the citizen of Osun.

The wife of the governor who was accompanied by the wife of the deputy Governor Mrs Oyefunke Alabi and other wives of the top government officials in osun stated that, the palliative items which was donated by Mrs Aisha Buhari pet project Future Assured is part of Mrs Buhari ongoing humanitarian activities that the first lady of Nigeria has been engaging in across various state in the Country.

Mrs Oyetola further informed all the beneficiaries of the gesture that the mother of the Nation was passionate about the less privileged in the society, stating further that diverse set of the people have benefited from the distribution of the food items in various states in Nigeria.

The wife of Osun governor who charged all the beneficiaries of the Future Assured items to ensure that all mandatory prevention and control measures issued by the government and the NCDC should be strictly adhered to which includes physical distancing, mandatory temperature checks, use of masks in public places and regular personal hygiene also expressed gratitude to Mrs Buhari and her NGO for the unprecedented humanitarian gesture to Osun people which she described as uncommon in the society.

Also speaking during the distribution, the Akire of Ikire-Ile, Oba Abdulasisi
Ilufemiloye I and other royal fathers in attendance appreciated the wife of the president for extending the humanitarian gesture to them stating that, it is a very good ways of reaching out to the less privilege in the society.

Earlier in his response , Chairman Ola-Oluwa local government Hon, Asimiyu Oyediran appreciate Mrs Buhari and wife of governor Mrs kafayat Oyetola for extending the palliative to their local government, he therefore commended the effort of the Governor state of Osun under the leadership of Governor Adegboyega Oyetola for the reconstruction of the ongoing Iwo-Osogbo road adding that Ola-Oluwa local government has also compliment the effort of Osun government through grading 220km roads, construction of bridges and convert in the local government.

Highlights of the programme was distribution of palliatives items to the beneficiaries by the wife of the governor Mrs Kafayat Oyetola and her Entourages.
