Oranmiyan DG, Sadiq Vows To Sponsor Secondary School Student Who Built Miniature Hilux Van

The Director General, Oranmiyan Worldwide, Hon Olajide Sodiq has given scholarship to Uba Humble Obinna, a talented student of Christ African Middle School, Gbodofon, Osogbo.

The boy was discovered recently on his way to the school.

The talented boy constructed miniature Hilux Van, trailer,Power bike, Keke Napep and Open roof car.

When the Oranmiyan Director General asked him of his parent, he said his parents were not in Osogbo and that he is living with Mr. Nwakamma his elder brother at Salami Abbas Street Baruwa Area of Osogbo.

He said after this term he is going back to his village because nobody is ready to take care of his education again.

Obinna said he has been practicing the construction of Vehicles at the age of seven and that he wished to become an Engineer in the future.

When asked if he had other talents, he disclosed that he can sing hip-hop but he only needed someone that will sponsor his education so that his dreams will come to pass.

Oranmiyan Director General promised to sponsor his education.

While emphasizing that this is what the society was looking out for, Sadiq said that if Obinna is encouraged, a lot of talented children like him will spring up.

He urged other students in the State to emulate Uba Humble Obinna in whatever they were doing.
