Chief Sina Ajabanji To Be Installed As Balogun Of Isegun Agbaye
All is now set for the installation of chief Sina Ajabanji as Balogun of Isegun Agbaye on Saturday in obaagun,ifelodun local government area of Osun state.
A statement by Chief Ajabanji stated that the event would be graced by Traditional rulers,traditional worshippers and chiefs in Yoruba land .
The statement noted that the ceremony will be characterized by Ifa oratory, drama presentation and traditional rites of the coronation.
In an interview, Chief Ajabnji who spoke on the significance of the title said his new position would give him opportunity to coordinate activities of traditional worshippers in the state.
He said culture remains the symbol of identity called on Nigerians to preserve their culture for posterity.
Chief Ajabanji maintained that if the Yoruba ‘s culture and traditions were promoted it would go a long to attract tourists to the nation and opened the country socio economic development.
He urged government to support stakeholders in the cultural sector so as to serve as a source of revenue generation for the country.
