Breaking: Presidential Election Tribunal Refuses PDP Application To Inspect INEC Server

The Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal led by Justice Mohammed Garba refused the application of PDP to inspect INEC server.

The Tribunal on Monday ruled against application of PDP and its Presidential Candidate for 2019 poll, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar to inspect INEC server used for electronic transmission of February 23 Presidential election result.

Recall that Atiku is challenging President Buhari’s victory at the Presidential Election Tribunal sitting in Abuja.
