Buhari’s Victory Is Unnegotiable – Adesiyan
By Ayobami Agboola, Ode-Omu
The former Minister of Police, Hon Jelili Adesiyan has expressed optimism that President Muhammad Buhari, will emerge victorious in the ongoing presidential election.
Adesiyan made this known in an interview with CityMirrorNews at his residence in Ode-Omu, Ayedaade Local Government of Osun state.
Adesiyan who was about to cast his vote at polling unit 008, ward 3, Idiose , Ile-Oke said the main opposition party would be shocked with the outcome of the result, which he argued would favour Buhari.
He said Buhari has done well in the transformation of the country, hence the need for people of the country to give him second chance.
The former minister berated some leaders of Afenifere for endorsing PDP candidate, Atiku Abubakar saying a well reasonable Yoruba should know that they would not have stake in Atiku’s government.
According to him, a vote for Atiku is like a vote for Obasanjo’s third term. Let give Buhari chance to complete his eight years. Afenifere seems not to know what they are doing; they only decided to endorse Atiku because of money.
Meanwhile, checks in Ode-Odu revealed that there is peace and calm in the town as voters were seen casting their ballots.
To buttress this, Adesiyan said the town is known for peace and that APC would e victorious.
