Breaking: INEC Finally Postpones Nigeria’s General Election To February 23
The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has postponed the General election earlier scheduled for Saturday, February 16 , 2019.
Earlier, Rotimi Oyekanmi, the chief press secretary to INEC’s chairman, Professor Mahmood Yakubu, had informed newsmen that the commission had taken a decision after the crucial meeting attended by the chairman and
12 national commissioners.
According to him, “A decision has been taken, but you’d have to hear from the horse’s mouth.”
