Plateau New CP, Akinmoyede Assumes Office

New Commissioner of Police, Plateau State Command, CP Isaac Olutayo Akinyomade, fdc has assumed duty on Friday, February 8, 2019, replacing CP Agbonlahor.
This was contained in a press release issued and signed by the Police Public Relations Officer, Plateau State Command, DS Tyopev Mathias Terna today, Monday.
The new CP joined the service on March 5, 1988, as a Cadet Assistant Superintendent of Police and was trained at the Police Academy Annex in Kaduna state.
Akinyomade was a former Commissioner of Police Force Armament at Force headquarters Abuja.
He has also served as the Divisional Police Officer, DPO, at National Assembly and Nkwerre and second in command at Orlu Area Command in Imo state.
He has also served as head, Stolen Vehicles Division of International Police (INTERPOL) Force CIID Annex Alagbon close, Lagos. He has worked almost in all the geo political zones including being a former Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, in Lagos State Police Command.
Akinyomade is a Fellow of National Defence College Abuja and has attended courses within and outside Nigeria.
