Tribunal Gives Notice of Judgement on Senate, Reps Petitions

The Senate and House of Representatives Tribunals sitting in Jos, the Plateau state capital has given notice of judgement to all parties in the various cases before them.
According to the notice obtained by CtyMirrorNews on Wednesday, Judgement will be delivered in the case involving Danjuma Haruna vs. Rt. Hon. Solomon Maren representing Mangu/Bokkos Federal Constituency Monday, 9th September 2019.
In a similar case between Rt. Hon. Johnbull Shekarau and Komsol Longap Alphonsus representing Shendam/Mikang/Qua’an Pan Federal Constituency, the tribunal will deliver judgment same Monday, 9th September 2019.
Hon. Jonathan Dabo vs. Maitala Haruna representing Bassa/Jos North Federal Constituency judgement has been scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday, 10th September 2019.
Meanwhile, judgement would be delivered in the petition filed by Senator Sanusi Mohd Inuwa against Sen. Gyang Istifanus Dung who is representing Plateau Northern Senatorial District on Tuesday, 10th September 2019.
However, no date has been fixed for the judgement on the governorship election petition filed by the Peoples’ Democratic Party, PDP, and its candidate, Jeremiah Useni against Governor Simon Bako
