OSHA 2019: AMA Congratulates Buhari , Solicits Constituents Support In Saturday Election

The All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for Osun state House of Assembly, Odo-Otin State Constituency, Prince Adetoyi Michael Adeyinka has joined millions of well-wishers to congratulate President Muhammad Buhari, his Vice, Prof Yemi Osinbajo on their reelection victory in the Saturday’s election.

Adeyinka in a press statement he issued and made available to journalists in Osogbo, the state capital of Osun, on Saturday rejoiced with President Buhari and Prof Osinbajo, describing APC victory as a well deserved.

He equally congratulated the two elected Osun senators , Engr Adelere Oriolowo and Dr Ajibola Basiru and all the federal house of representative candidates elects on the platform of the APC for their triumphant victory.

The Osun lawmaker hopeful noted that the performance of President Buhari within the space of three and half years earned him landslide victory, saying APC led government has performed wonderfully well in the areas of infrastructure, youth engagement and empowerment, job creation and welfare of the citizens among others .

Appreciating the people of the Odo-Otin state constituency for their support during the last Presidential and National Assembly elections, Adeyinka said he was so impressed by the turn out of his people during the polls.

He urged the electorate on the need to continue to support APC, enjoining them to come out massively and cast their votes for him come March 9 state assembly election.

Expressing optimism that he would emerge victorious in the coming election, Adeyinka said ‘with the people’s support victory is sure’.

He promised to give adequate representation if voted , saying “people of my constituency should be rest assured of proper representation”.

“I want urge my people to please come out en masses and cast your vote for me on Saturday, with the emergence of APC both at the federal and state, our people will continue to enjoy divided of democracy.

He also appealed to people of Odo-Otin and Osun state at large to conduct themselves peacefully in the March 9 State House of Assembly elections

He urged youths not to engage in thuggery and election violence or anything that would undermine the peace of the state.

“Our youths should not engage in anything that will disrupt the peace and tranquillity of the state. They should conduct themselves honourably, during and after election.

He also urged parents and guardian to advise their wards and children not to foment trouble during the forthcoming election.

“The election so far is adjudged peaceful and credible, and we should do same for the next week election.
