Ondo Estate Managers Inaugurates New Excos

The Real Estate Managers Association (REMA), Ondo state chapter has elected newly executive officers to pilot the affairs of the union for the next four year.
At the inauguration in Akure, Ondo state capital, the state President of the association, Otunba Alaba Alabi charged the newly elected officers to work for the progress of the association in order eradicate quackery in their midst.
Alabi also called on the Independent Electoral Commission to take the example of its recent election into Akure South Local Government executive offices of its association which was conducted in a free, fair and transparent atmosphere.
“It was our own resolution to make our own election, free, fair and credible , devoid of inducement, thuggery and harassment. You can see it here now that, it has come to past, we held it perfectly, I therefore, call on all relevant agencies in the conduct of next year elections to take a cue from us to organise a credible election in 2019”.
Alabi however said, the election that took place in a peaceful environment and witnessed by large numbers of members of the association, as Adeyemi Olaboyede was elected as Chairman with a total votes of 116 against 62, while Oladimeji Francis was elected as the Secretary with a total votes of 110 against 80.
Speaking in the same vein, the new Chairman of the association, Adeyemi Olaboyede called on the members to support the association in order to flush quackery out of the job in the state.
