It is no more hidden that Integra Leadership Foundation is an advocate for good governance and leadership development in a democratic society here in Nigeria.

First and foremost, good governance should be your number one blueprint. A process where rules and well functioning institutions are applied to manage Osun State affairs in a manner that will safeguard Democracy, human right & security, foster economic development and efficiency will be followed in management of resources and commonwealth of the state.

We are calling you today to make you aware that the State (Osun) is tired of frivolous promises. The good people of Osun State have tired of all political philosophy and ideology centered on deceit. Osun indigenes are tired of hearing an overnight doctored and hired manifestoes aiming at cajoling the masses to steal their votes and future.

It is on this note that we write you all compatriots to master the expected qualities and the expectations of good people of Osun State from you as aspirants in a democratic society now that the race begins in Osun.

As leaders are made, political office is meant for people of high integrity and with additional skills to achieve result and find better ways of making life better, easier and convenient for the downtrodden.

Further more, we charge you to come out / up with CRITICAL ANALYSIS of your manifestos. Osun people want to be convinced on your electioneering campaign promises rather flimsy campaign promises like:
*Job for all
*poverty eradication
*free education etc
Without critical, strong and concrete analysis on how your manifestos will be achieved and executed.

Revenue Generation, this is a critical aspect in governance, it always determine the performance of any government in office. Therefore, Osun indigenes want to hear the ways and manners in which revenues are going to be generated before primary elections. Because Nigerians have tired of working under Modernized Egyptian Order.

You are to know that, governance is not meant for drop-outs, thugs, criminals, illiterates or inept, dubious and corrupt personalities. These kind of people, apart from being greedy, do not know the importance of human development such as education, empowerment, capacity building, and can never invest in it, ‘because what you don’t have you can’t give’.
Therefore, this time, Osun is looking for people based and masses oriented manifesto.

Here is a clarion call to you party leaders, our current research in the state proves it that any political party that fail to heed this call in appointing or electing its candidate shall totally miss it all before primaries.

Good governance, transparency and accountability will elude any nation where incompetencies find themselves in the corridor of power. This is one of the area which must be keenly noted before upcoming political dispensation. Osun must move forward.

We are imploring you to be a politician that will play a central and unbiased roles in the lives of Osun people. In this, see yourself as a concentrated voice of the people that make all effort to improve the state and people’s welfare, a good and dependable leader, delighted enough to serve the people and consider him or herself as servant and also the one who sees people as his or her paymaster. A leader that aims to reason and represent people’s hope, yearnings, aspirations and interests of every citizen of Osun State, home and abroad.

Your greatest strength as a good leader is for you to derive joy in serving people and not to steal tax payers money or other resources that belong to the masses. You must know that fulfilling a meaningful life is created through service to humanity. These are what Integra Leadership Foundation preaches that you should all adopt.

However, gubernatorial position, Legislative and other elected offices are never a place to be allowed to occupied by a mediocre politician. It a position that required professionals with special skills. Among the qualities expected of you is integrity and technical skills to handle those challenging assignment, fiscal matters, policies, plans, projects, ideas and initiatives to tackle difficulties and unforseen circumstances like: debt management, reduction in federal allocation, workers’ salaries and natural disasters.
