Leader Irewole North-East LCDA, Owoade Congratulates Oyetola, Alabi
The Coordinator, Youth Solidarity, Osun state Chapter and the Chairman, Eni Wa Foundation, Hon Ademola Owoade has congratulated the new Governor of the state, Mr Gboyega Oyetoala and his deputy, Benedict Alabi, as they take the mantle of leadership of the state.
Owoade in a congratulatory message he personally signed and made available to newsmen in Osogbo on Thursday expressed optimism that the new Governor would build on progress achieved by his predecessor
Owoade who is the leader, Irewole North-East LCDA, congratulated people of the state for having Oyetola as Aregbesola’ s successor, saying the new governor has requisite knowledge to take the state the next level of development.
The Ikire born politician specifically congratulated people of Ikire for having their son, Benedict Alabi as the deputy Governor, saying it has never happened in the history of the town.
The founder, Eniwa Foundation , who had on Tuesday 27, organized a get-together party to celebrate the emergence of the Benedict Alabi as the new deputy governor said people of the town would continue to appreciate the leadership of party and the immediate past governor , Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola for giving them the opportunity to have a key post in the new administration that just began.
The leader, Irewole North-East LCDA said: “we deemed it necessary to organize a get-together so that we can celebrate our son. In the story, we will hail the emergence of the Deputy Governor as a Son of the Soil from Ikire.”
“On the 27th November, Eni WA organised a party at St John’s Pry. School Ikire, the position of Deputy Governor has never been given to either our Constituency or home town, Ikire. We are very happy.”
Assuring people of the state that the duo of Gboyega Oyetola and Benedict Alabi would take the state to the next level, Owoade said he has believe that they have the political acumen to govern the state according to the expectations of the people of the state.
“Their govt will be pro-poor and it would be centred around putting smiles on the faces of the poor masses.
“For our new Governor, Alhaji Oyetola was the engine room of Aregbesola’s administration and performed creditably. I am sure he would combine all these qualities to deliver good governance as the new governor of Osun.”
