We ‘ll Pave Way For Internal Democracy In Our Party-Osun Commissioner

The All Progressives Congress in Osun state has assured party members and all the aspirants contesting the September 22 gubernatorial election under the party platform of the party fair play, saying internal democracy must take its cause.
The Osun State Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Hon. Kolapo Alimi made the assurance while speaking at the Osun All Progressives Youth Forum (OAPYF) town hall meeting held at Ijebu-Ijesa, Oriade Local Government Area of the state.
CityMirrorNews recalls that the town hall meeting which was organised by OAPYF led by Comrade Olateju Olorungbebe Adunni was convened with sole purpose of resolving perceived differences within the party and reintegrate warring members of the party.
Speaking, Alimi maintained that the party is ready to listen to all grievances from the youths assuring that measures have been put in place to make the program a huge success.
According to him, “we’re not imposing any candidate in our party, we only follow rules and regulations of the party, only opposition party will allege progressives party of imposing candidates in our party.
He however urged the youths to strive to be solution providers to challenges facing the party.
“You must take the present challenges confronting our party as opportunity to make a difference and you must work hard as good ambassadors of this party to promote good will of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola”, Kolapo Added.
