Breaking: Buhari Rejects Tenure Elongation for APC National Executive
President Muhammadu Buhari has rejected the one year tenure elongation for the National Executive of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
It would be recalled that the National Executive Council of the APC had on February 28, 2018 extended the tenure of the party’s Chairman,Chief John Oyegun and other party executive by a year.
But Buhari rejected the tenure elongation on Tuesday during the NEC meeting of the party.
Buhari described the tenure elongation as unconstitutional.
