Osun Rerun Election: Omisore Agrees to Support APC
The Social Democratic Party’s (SDP) candidate in the last Saturday’s governorship election in Osun state, Senator Iyiola Omisore, has agreed to support All Progressives Congress, APC, in Thursday’s rerun poll.
Omisore, who spoke to newsmen alongside Dr. Yemi Faronbi in his Ife country home, said after the election, SDP and APC would form a coalition government.
He also said APC had accepted to implement his party’s manifestoes, which he said is people oriented.
The SDP candidate came a distance third polling little above 128, 000 vote’s.
