Breaking-Shallow Grave Where Missing General Was Buried Found

The Nigerian Army has discovered the shallow grave where the retired missing Army General, Idris Alkali was buried.

The Shallow grave was discovered a milestone away from the mining pond.

Briefing journalists on Friday in Jos, the General Officer Commanding 3rd Division Nigerian Army, Major General Benson Akinroluyo said sniffer dogs and intelligence report led them to the grave site.

Gen. Akinroluyo said the irate youths that killed the general relocated his body away from the shallow grave when the car of the missing General was found in the pond.

He added that investigation and confession from those in their custody revealed that the youths held a 10-man meeting to move the body of the deceased General to yet to be identified area, saying that, “they can find his car but not his body”.
