‘No Merger with any Candidate or Party’ – Adeoti

The governorship candidate of the Action Democratic Party, ADP, in tomorrow’s Osun state governorship election, Alhaji Moshood Adeoti has denied merger with any candidate or political party.
Adeoti stated this in a press release signed by his media aide, Mr Kayode Agbaje and made available to newsmen in Osogbo, the state capital today, Friday.
According to Adeoti, “the thought to surrender the ADP members’ mandate freely given to his party never occurred to him.”
He alleged that some desperate politicians were behind the rumour. He said they “are hell-bent on denting his political image built over several decades of hard work and consistency.”
Adeoti said that, “he is still very much in the race with the determination to win and take the state to the next level of physical development and economic prosperity.”
He said that he is in the, ” governorship race with the determination to win and take the state to the next level in terms of physical development and economic prosperity for all”.
Adeoti admonished the party members in the state to shun the rumour and get focused on victory for the the party tomorrow.
