He also wondered why a government that once exonerated late General Sani Abacha from stealing the country’s money is now talking of sharing the money recovered to a set of people.

His position was contained in a press statement issued in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital during the week.

He said”The Federal Government’s published plan built on 6 pillars premised on N179 billion whooping sum expenditure meant day dreaming to curb the menace of Fulani herdsmen’s murderous incursions, untamed rampage and wastage of lives and economic interests of innocent farmers , can only be seriously classified as nothing than ‘Man’s inhuman treatment of Man’ under the reckless supervision and mad house insensitive plan of the Federal Government of Nigeria throwing water into the basket.
“With a well laid out master plan of investment on animal production, one can beat one’s chest that with far less than N 179 Billion and in fact with about half that sum shall be able to set up agric business for the entire states of the federation.
The NAC Presidential candidate and National chairman described the plan as absolutely senseless and economically wasteful in view of other sectors waiting to be addressed.

Dr. Agoro asked”How on earth therefore can reasonable, nationalistic conscious and the Almighty God fearing persons come up with the idea of N179 billion expenditure simply meant to curb the menace of herders and farmers crisis .?

He pointed out that” workers and teachers are owed salaries, factories are working under facilities utilization, power generation is producing at abysmal low level, mounting debts to foreign creditors, most roads dilapidated begging for repairs and other areas.

Agoro alleged plan for second term bid in the selfish and ethnically induced proposal stressing ” the grand intention behind the FG plan N179 billion expenditure is more of 2019 vote catching and or rigging plan for next year.

He also condemned the posthumous award for late Chief MKO Abiola including late Chief Gani Fawehinmi and others and counselled electorate to be wary of being hoodwinked by the traps being put in place for 2019 elections by the ruling party which has failed most right thinking Nigerians whose security and economic interest have for long been compromised.
