Osun Poll: SRJ Meets Party Leaders, Drum Support for Oyetola

Barely 72 hours to the Osun governorship election, the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice of the state, Dr Ajibola Basiru today, Thursday, met with the leader’s of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Osogbo, Osun state capital to drum supports for the party’s candidate in the next Saturday’s election, Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola.

Among the leaders the AG met were Local Government Party Chairmen, Youth Leaders, Secretaries, Women Leaders in Osogbo Local Government and All ward Chairmen, Secretaries, Women Leaders and Youth Leaders also in Osogbo Local Government.

The leading senatorial aspirant has also dispelled the rumour of his withdrawal from his senatorial ambition calling it “wicked rumour by a co-aspirant for Osun Central Senatorial district”.

Ajibola assured the Party that Osogbo is for APC come Saturday and that on Sunday, “we will all celebrate the victory of Alhaji Oyetola.”

He also announced that the full shuttle campaign for his Senatorial Campaign will begin on Monday the 24th of September.
