We Are Proactive, Judicious In Project Delivery In Osun-Aregbesola’s Aide

The Senior Technical Adviser to Osun State Governor, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola on Development Partners and International Relations, Dr. Micheal Olugbile, has asserted that project delivery in the state remains the product of proactive implementation and judicious use of resources.
Olugbile, who is the head of Project Delivery Unit(PDU), office of the Governor, made this known during a media interactions in Osogbo, the Osun State capital.
He added that the process of implementation and delivery of various donor-funded projects going on in the state, which according to him are about twelve has been strengthened by his unit through virile supervision and monitoring.
He explained that government has been able to attract such projects into the state through openness and transparency displayed in the process of implementation.
“The government is very open in the way all the donor-funded projects are handled, the process is transparent for everyone to see and access.
” Our projects cut across all spheres of life, it ranges from road infrastructure to water, social security and the rest”, Olugbile said.
The STA however justified the intent of borrowing by the government, arguing that nations all over the world borrow to fast track development and growth for the benefit of the citizenry.
He maintained that the credibility of project implementation and delivery in the state and quality of technicality put into it made it possible to attract more developmental partners in to the State.
