Oyo First Lady ,Mrs Ajimobi Blesses Children Of Orphanage Homes

Oyo State First Lady and the initiator of Women Intercessory Network (WIN),Deaconess Florence Ajimobi on Saturday donated a large chunk of food items valued thousands of Naira for children from orphanage homes in the state.
Mrs Ajimobi used the occasion to plead with the well-to-do members of the society to form the habit of impacting the lives of the less privileged in the society.
She observed that many rich people in the country seemed not to be doing enough for the orphanage children pointing out that they should be given a sense of belonging.
The first Lady lauded the efforts of the state Governor for giving her the desired support to realise her dream of helping the less privileged children in the State.
She assured that this administration would not look back in its determination to help the poor and the needy in the State stressing that She is passionately committed to the welfare of the poor youths in the state.
“Among these children are future leaders,the professionals,Governors ,Senators and the like.We should not underrate them.We must give them the best motivation we can think of,”,She added.
Food items donated to the children who are over 1000 included bags of rice cartons of noodles ,beverages, provisions ,soaps and toiletries.
One of the beneficiaries ,Master Femi was full of praises to the first Lady who he described as a merciful mother that has touched many lives in the state.
Femi who claimed to be an indigene of Osun State called on other First Ladies in the South West to emulate the kind gesture of Mrs.Ajimobi.
