Just In: South African President, Jacob Zuma Resigns
South African President, Jacob Zuma has resigned as the President of the South African country.
President Zuma revealed this via his Twitter handle (@GovernmentZA).

President Zuma said: “I have thereof come to the decision to resign as the President of the Republic of South Africa with immediate effect.
Mr. Zuma did not give reasons for his resignation although, the ruling African National Congress, ANC, had earlier in their meeting today, advised Zuma to resign before Thursday.
