Osun Govt Begins Full Salary Payment to All Workers, July Salary to be Paid This Week

Osun state government has begun the implementation of full salary payment to all categories of workers in the state civil service, CityMirrorNews authoritatively gathered.

The full salary payment would begin with July salary, which would be paid any moment this week, according to impeccable source.

Government started ‘modulated salary’ payment in June 2015 when economic crisis broke out in the state, holding the state’s finances by the jugular.

This year’s June salary marks third anniversary of half salary payment in the state.

Workers on levels 8-12 had been receiving 75 percent of their salaries while officers on levels 7 and below receive their full pay.

Workers on grade level 13 and above receive 50 per cent of their salaries in line with the modulated salary structure.

But the end has come for the modulated salary, as the government has begun payment of full salary to all its workers.
