CityMirrorNews reports that Senator Ademola Adeleke had in a church service berated the outgoing administration led by Governor Aregbesola over what he described as inhumane treatment to civil servants, hence vowed to put a stop to the suffering of Osun people by putting an end to payment of half salary.

In a swift reaction by the Chairman of OSF, Chief Wale Olaniyi, Adeleke was described as “a lazy youngman, totally unfit to manage a family successfully not to talk of a state.”

According to him, “the people of Osun are not suffering but it is Ademola Adeleke that is shamelessly suffering from shock he received by his inability to complete his secondary education which is now the talk of the town.”

“One wonders why a young man of that age will still be going around the town boasting to have what it takes to govern sophisticated Osun people, when he has not sat for any educational exams in his life time, he has no business management skills, he has no recorded or verifiable working experience and he also has no verifiable means of livelihood except for stipends being paid to him by his educated elder brother; Deji Adeleke, how can such person dreams of governing Osun” Olaniyi queried.

The OSF Boss further explained that the issue of modulated salary tagged half salary by enemies of progress was an arrangement among all necessary stakeholders, the government, workers and labour unions, it was decided and agreed by all concerned that modulated salaries of 75% should be paying to the workers between grade levels 8 to 11 and 50% paying to workers between grade levels 11 to 17 while others from grade levels 1 to 7 are collecting their full salaries pending the time the revenue of the state will improve.

Olaniyi noted that all these conditions of modulated salaries are also applicable to all political office holders too whereby they are also collecting 50% of their approved salaries, all to pave way for infrastructure developments in the State of Osun.

“Through this understandable sacrifices, the State of Osun has witnessed tremendous developments in the area of social infrastructure and human capital development and all of these will definitely lead to industrialization that will lead to sustainable job creations and more internal revenue for the state. ”

Describing APC candidate, Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola as a seasoned administrator and business manager par excellence, Olaniyi urged the people of the state to cast their vote for him so as to be able to move the state to the next level of enviable development.
