One of the leading aspirants on the platform of All Progressives Congress,(APC), Atayese Benedict Olugboyega-Alabi will on Tuesday June 12 flag off campaign for his governorship ambition.

In a press statement issued by his media team in Osogbo on Monday , Alabi said all is set for him and his supporters to begin campaign for his gubernatorial ambition at the APC party secretariat, Osogbo.

Alabi further explained that, the party chairman and executive members are ready to to host him alongside his well wishers.

Speaking on his readiness to build on the legacy of Governor Rauf Aregbesola, Alabi said “the hope for a new day is here in Osun.”

“And with the support of millions of Osun people, inside and outside the country, we can begin a systematic restructuring, makeover and a revolution to transform our state economically, politically, socially and morally.”

“If elected, we shall all continue reengineering our dear state in complementing the good work of our dear governor.

Alabi further stressed the need for members of the party to support him, saying all hands must be on deck to ensure the sustainability of Aregbesola’s developmental programmes in the state.

He called on Let civil servants, artisans, teachers, traders, students, market men and women, commercial motorcyclist, NURTW among others to come together and eschew acrimony so as to continue to develop the state.

He promised qualitative education, good health care delivery, adequate security of lives and properties and other social amenities for the people of the state, if elected.

“Let us together stabilize and continue government that will again fight for economic and social justice, as well as provide social and economic infrastructure for all.
