Five People Killed In Fresh Plateau Attack

No fewer than five people were killed and three others injured after gunmen attacked Inding village in Barkin Ladi Local Government Area of Plateau state.
CityMirrorNews gathered that gunmen attacked the village on Sunday night.
Those injured during the attack have been taken to an undisclosed hospital at the headquarters of the Barkin Ladi Local Government for treatment.
The Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, Plateau state command, Mr. Terna Typoev, confirmed the attack but said that information about the attack was still sketchy as at the time of filing this report.
He said, “There was an attack in the village on Sunday night. And it resulted in the death of five people, and three people injured”.
“The information is sketchy, they have not updated me with the details but the divisional police officer is coming to the command to file update.”
Local governments in the northern senatorial zone of Plateau state have been under constant attacks since the beginning of this year.
