Young Man with Renal Disease, Kidney Failure Needs Financial Assistance

A corp member, Mar Kazeem Yusuf who just passed out of the NYSC scheme last month is presently battling for life. Mr Yusuf was diagnosed with an end stage renal disease (kidney failure), secondary to Hypertensive Nephrosclerosis.

Yusuf is a 26-year old indigene of Osun State with exceptional intelligence and proficiency in the field of agriculture. He graduated with a second class upper in agricultural science from the University of Ilorin.

Yusuf has been undergoing dialysis at the Wuse General Hospital, Abuja and the cost sums up to #200,000.00 naira a month aside other ancilliary expenses.

He urgently needs a kidney transplant to stay alive and neither he nor the family has the resources to shoulder the financial expenses of this onerous task. The cost of the surgery is estimated to be about #12,000,000.00.

One of his friends sent the appeal to CityMirrorNews to reach out to the public for help for Yusuf.
