Esa-Oke Killings: Four Remaining Abducted Victims Freed
The four remaining staff of Osun State College of Technology, OSCOTECH, Esa-oke, who were abducted on Tuesday at Eti-oni along Ijebu-jesha road, have been released Friday morning, it was learnt .
The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, SP Folashade Odoro confirmed this to newsmen in Osogbo, the Osun state capital.
She said efforts are in place to apprehend the suspected herdsmen, who were alleged to have been responsible for the crime.
“Remaining victims have been released and reunited with their families, efforts are being intensified to get the hoodlums apprehended,” the PPRO said.
It would be recalled that while five staff of the institution and two students were abducted on Tuesday evening after the close of work, a non-academic staff in the department of Staff Registry, Mr Olaniyi Emmanuel, was shot dead while trying to escape from
