Oyetola’s Inauguration: Group Felicitates With Osun APC, Advises Party To Reward Hardwork

The foremost Tinubu’s political group in Nigeria, Asiwaju Grassroots Foundation, AGF, Osun state chapter has felicitated with the State All Progressives Congress, (APC) on the inauguration of Mr Gboyega Oyetola as the fifth democratically elected governor of the State.

The Foundation saluted the courage and sterling performances of the past administration and that of the leadership of the party led by its Chairman, Prince Gboyega Famodun at the poll, saying they all worked together for the victory of the party.

The group in a congratulatory message jointly signed by AGF Campaign Team for Oyetola, ACTO, Comrade Adeboye Adebayo and Secretary, Hon. Sikiru Tijani and sent to the party Chairman, through the Secretary, Alhaji Rasaq Salinsile , a copy which was made available to CityMirrorNews new in Osogbo on Sunday.

The Foundation appreciated the efforts put to that election by the leadership, elders and members of the party, saying it was a collective victory.

The group advised the party to make it a point of duty to reward hard works especially to encourage many young party men, women and youths who worked assiduously for the party during the last gubernatorial election

“We want to appeal to party leadership to encourage the young party men and women who worked assiduously and genuinely without collecting money from the party, the immediate past governor or the newly inaugurated governor, by considering them for appointments and patronage, such gesture will only breed more hard work and loyal party members. ”

We want to urge the party to imbibe the spirit of being a research organ that will aid good governance for the new administration, they should not go to bed since elections have been won and wait for another round of election, rather the party should be part of the government beyond submitting names for appointment. ”

The letter then urged the party under the leadership of Prince Gboyega Famodun to engage in progressive reforms that will rejig the party towards breeding new young, agile and reliable young politicians, young man and women that are full of ideas, innovations and pratical energy that will make the State Chapter of our great party a leading example in the country through brilliant innovations and pratical governance & political solutions.
