“Fellow comrades, we have concluded a phase in the course of our demands, we are now moving to the second face of implementation of the agreement which is very crucial. We shall continue to count on your support to attain the restoration of our full salary, payment of arrears, pension and other emoluments, promotion of all workers etc. Together we shall get our dues from the employer (government). We are optimistic that the government will fulfill it’s side of the bargain but IF their are signals of breach on their part (government) we shall not hesitate to use our ever potent arsenals.”
