Eid-Eil-Kabir: Remember To Show Love To Downtrodden, Akeredolu Urges Muslims

The Governor of Ondo State, Mr. Oluwarotimi Akeredolu (SAN), has urged Muslims across the country to remembered downtrodden in the society as they celebrate this year’s Eid-eil-Kabir.
Akeredolu in his congratulatory message to the Muslims faithful across the country and Ondo state in particular, urged them to also use the Sallah celebrations to pray for the prosperity of the State and the country at large.
The governor, in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Segun Ajiboye urged the Muslim brothers and sister to be prudent in their preparation for the annual festival.
According to the governor, while wineing and dining during this period, you should not forget to extend the hands of love to the downtrodden in the society.
Akeredolu who reminds them to take cognizance of the fact that security of lives and property is key to his administration, asked fun-seeking Muslims to be watchful.
The governor wishes that the glorious blessings of Allah fill your homes and life with peace, good health and prosperity.
He, however seeks the cooperation of the police and other security agencies in the state to ensure seamless Sallah celebrations across the state.
