Yuletide:Osun FRSC Sector Commander Warns Emotional Unstable Persons To stay Off Road

Osun State Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps FRSC, Mr. Anthony Oko has urged emotional unstable persons, people with health challenges as well as intoxicants to stay away from the major highways in order to reduce road accidents.
Mr Oko stated this in Osogbo while on a courtesy visit to the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Osun State Council.
He said observations had it that ninety percent of roads’ accidents in the country are caused by emotional unstable persons driving on the road.
Ths sector commander said mitigating accidents on our major roads is a share responsibility of all, saying accident is a major killer of the Nation’s citizens.
Mr. Oko also advised motorists to be patient and always control their temperament on the wheel, solicited the supports of media practitioners in the State on enlightenment.
In his response, the Chairman of NUJ in the State, Mr. Abiodun Olalere said the Union is always ready to support programmes that will make life worthy of living.
