Osun Cleric Warns Humanity Against Worldly Frivolity
The Minister, God of Fire Global Evangelical Ministry (GOFGEM), Evangelist Peter Kolajo has warned humanity against worldly frivolity.
The cleric gave the admonition in his sermon on Sunday.
Evangelist Kolajo who titled his homily “Never You Betray Your Creator Because of What You Want to Become”, attributed most of the challenges facing mankind to poor relationship between them and their creator.
He said many have intentionally and unintentionally created treachery through sins to God who created them.
Evangelist Kolajo described sin as bane of existence, asserting that it is high time for man to reunite with God and do away with anything capable of distancing them from their creator.
The spiritual man of God called on the people to always adhere to God’s commands, saying man must abstain from worldly pursue and lessen insatiable appetite for worldly things to survive on earth and make heaven.
Affirming his message with biblical assertions, Evangelist Kolajo noted that many have betrayed God by being fond of all forbidden by their creator.
He said, “Many people now our days betray God because of what they want, which they have not received.
“But they have forgotten that God says-never allow what you will take control of, to take charge over you and control you, because you are the leader and controller of such.
“What does the bible mean by the word ” never betray your God for worldly things”. It means, you must not do what God ask you not to do, when you do such, you have betrayed your creator.
“Psalm 1, lines 1-6 and Psalm 4, lines1-3 supported these facts.
“So as a child of God try as much as possible, don’t betray your creator, walk in His way and do His will. I assure you that you will laugh last”.
He therefore enjoined every soul to declare there sins on to the Lord and find ways to truly walk in Him.
According to him, in the Bible, God gaveĀ us an epitome example “Solomon” who was the key to success. But immediately he betrayed God, the key was collected from him.
