NIPOST Launches Anti-Corruption Stamps, Supports President Buhari

The Nigerian Postal Service (NIPOST) has reiterated its commitment to the anti-corruption war of President Muhammadu Buhari, saying that all hands must be on deck to kick corruption out the system before it kills the country.
Area Postal Manager of the agency in Ondo Territory, Mrs Celine Nwajei stated this in Akure, the Ondo state capital on Wednesday at the launching of NIPOST anti-corruption Stamps which was introduced by the agency to all territories across the 36 states.
Nwajei said the mission of the agency was not only to provide quality postal services that satisfy the aspirations of all stakeholders but also to join hands with the federal government to fight against corruption which prompted the agency to launch the stamps.
She President Buhari’s anti-corruption war and called on Nigerians to support it, saying that it is the only way Nigeria could move forward.
Speaking in the same vein, the representative of Ondo state Coordinator, Legal Aid Council Mr. Abdulrahman Yusuf said that corruption has eaten deep into the fabric of the Nigerian system and is largely responsible for the country’s socio-economic underdevelopment.
According Yusuf, Nigeria could only achieve development if the citizens support President Buhari’s anti-graft crusade, saying that “we must say no to theft, bunkering, bribery, fraud among others.
Yusuf therefore called on Nigerians to join hand together to eliminate corruption in the society.
