KazzyRoll: The Rising Kid of Osun Music

Few years ago, not so many people knew the boy or guy as some people will preferably like to call or describe him. His name is KAZZYROLL. And not until he got to limelight with the song “AREGBESOLA, THE CHAMPION” as part of the campaign songs for the 2014 governorship election for the APC candidate, Governor Rauf Aregbesola, few people maybe in his family, locality or school knew the KazzyRoll embedded with the talent of making hip hop music in the state, Nigeria and even globally.

Born on the 7th of July, 1999, the 18 year old adult has and continues to make waves throughout the state.

With the name, Olatunji Kazeem Kolade, you can either call him, Kazzyroll or Young swagger, he is a hip hop singer, song writer, and a performing artist.

For every successful individual, there is surely a starting point, Kazeem started his musical career in primary school as he displayed his God given talents in front of his colleagues and others at the end of the year party and other events.

The journey which started with him leading choreography in school then with this immeasurable talent has made the young chap blasé the trail among his contemporaries from then till now and he is still waxing stronger day by day.

The song “AREGBESOLA THE CHAMPION” released in 2014 made Young Swagger burst into limelight as many people wondered how a little boy can compose such a song that made one of the hit tracks played at every rally and campaign during the electioneering.

One beautiful thing about the track is its wide acceptability and relevance to the pursuit as he is also known as “Omo Aregbe” meaning Aregbesola’s son.

This no doubt endeared him to the wife of the Governor, Mrs Sherifat Aregbesola who insisted that the boy should be taken to every point where the campaign train branched.

Since, Kazzyroll has not been sleeping, but working every day to ensure that his career goes on with some tracks including one titled HELLO NIGERIA with its video ready-made possible through the support of his father and some of his friends.

The little entertainer is not resting on his oars as many tracks are in the offing for people who still doubt his capability and acumen to be one of the fast-rising stars in the next hip-hop generation of the country.

With composed works and produced songs, Kazzyroll or Young Swagger is desirous of a great future that can be propelled by sponsorship, signing to a record label, invitation for performance at shows as well as endorsements for this great talent based in Osogbo, the capital of the State of Osun.
