Breaking: Police Arrest, Detain Health Assistant That Injected Senator Adeleke
Osun State police command has arrested the Health Assistant that injected late Senator Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke before his death.
CityMirrorNews learnt the Health Assistant, Mr Alfred Aderibigbe, popularly called Ade, was arrested on Monday by the police.
Aderibigbe was arrested following the preliminary report on the pathological examination carried out on the remains of late Senator Adeleke.
The health assistant allegedly injected Adeleke with two doses of analgesic when the senator complained of pains on his leg.
CityMirrorNews learnt that Adeleke called Aderibigbe early Sunday morning on phone several time before the former answered his calls.
The senator reportedly died few hours after the injection.
Aderibigbe lives at house behind Adeleke’s residence in Ede.
The medium learnt that Aderibigbe is being detained at the Osun State Criminal Investigation Department, Osogbo.
It was also gathered that the drugs given to Adeleke by Aderibigbe has been handed over to the police for investigation.
Aderibigbe is not a doctor.
