BREAKING: Justice Bashir Sukola Is Dead

The Bench in Kaduna State, on Wednesday, was thrown into mourning with the passage of one of its own, Justice Bashir Sukola, of the state’s High Court.

Earlier this month, Justice Sukola had ordered the remand of a reporter with Vanguard newspaper, Mr. Luka Binniyat, to Kaduna Maximum prison over allegation of false publication against Governor Nasir el-Rufai and his government.

As at the time of filling this report, details of his death was still not clear.
